How do I choose a size?
Use the individual garment measurements on each product page. Measurements describe the garment, not your body. Compare them with a similar dress you already own and allow room for movement.
What materials are used?
The dress outer fabrics are 100% cotton in the weave listed on each product page. Specified light-colour styles have a 100% cotton skirt lining. Embroidery uses polyester thread.
Where do you ship and what does it cost?
We ship within the United States, including all 50 states and the District of Columbia. All orders receive free standard shipping. We do not offer expedited delivery.
How long does delivery take?
Handling takes 1–2 business days; transit after dispatch takes an estimated 3–4 business days. Estimated total delivery time is 4–6 business days. The cutoff is 7:00 PM at fixed UTC−06:00, Monday through Friday excluding US federal holidays. Later, weekend and holiday orders enter processing on the next business day.
Do you charge tax?
The tax charge shown at checkout is $0.00. This is not a statement that products are legally tax-exempt.
Can I return my dress?
Request a return within 30 calendar days of receipt. Change-of-mind returns must be unused, in original condition and original packaging. Contact support for authorization and return instructions.
Who pays return shipping?
We pay for returns resulting from our mistake, damage or defects. You pay for change-of-mind returns. There is no restocking fee. Approved refunds return to the original payment account within 10 calendar days.
What if my item is damaged or incorrect?
Contact support with your order number and details. The ordinary unused-condition and original-packaging requirements do not prevent you from reporting damage, defects or an incorrect item.

How do I care for my dress?
Follow the care instructions for your selected dress. Wash inside out gently and protect raised embroidery from direct ironing. Each product page includes instructions for its fabric and construction.
